We're excited to announce that on Thursday the 7th of July, we'll be hosting a cook-along with award winning kitchen appliance brand, Smeg.
The event will take place from 12pm where you will learn how to master the notoriously difficult dessert, Baked Alaska all within your lunch break.
A spectacular treat with a chocolate genoise sponge and ice cream which is then enveloped in a toasted marshmallow meringue and chocolate sauce. This dessert is truly impressive, especially when it turns out perfectly!
