Cappuccino Crème Brûlée Kit
A super easy yet delicious dessert, our recipe is made with a gorgeous coffee cream topped with charred, soft meringue. Perfect for a quick yet impressive treat.
Don't forget to add on cappuccino cups and a blowtorch. Alternatively you can use oven proof ramekins and pop the meringue under the grill.

1 egg yolk
1 egg white
Lighter fluid for your blowtorch (available from most newsagents and supermarkets)
