Celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with our Celebration Cake kit. Fit for any royal highness, our recipe makes a delicious sponge cake and is vegan friendly. The kit is perfect to make on your own, with friends, family and kids.
Decorate with the included meringue kisses and Mini Eggs or let your creativity flow and add your own twist. A once-in-a-lifetime occasion, this cake can also be made into a one layer, 20cm round mould or a 15cm mould in two layers. If you wish to make a 7 and a 0 cake, make sure to purchase two of these kits to ensure you have enough cake mixture.
