40g Cane Sugar 

15g Cane Sugar

125g Organic pastry flour

20g Cut peel

40g Raisins


You will need to add:

150ml plant or dairy milk

35g plant or dairy butter


Recommended equipment to add:

Piping bag

Small connector

5mm Fine tip nozzle
