A luxurious gift tin which contains the necessary dry ingredients and specialist reusable equipment to create a French classic, Mille Feuille (pronounced meel-foy).
This can be traced back to 1600s France, It is made from layers of thin puff pastry that is alternated with a cream filling. This gives rise to the name Mille Feuille (one thousand leaves). Our recipe is traditionally topped with vanilla icing and its distintitive chocolate icing chevron pattern.
